National Gum Drop Day

About National Gum Drop Day

Date: Celebrated annually on February 15

These dome-shaped colourful candies made from pectin or gelatin and coated in sugar are typically either fruit or spice flavored.
In existence since at least the mid 1850s, gumdrops are also famously delicious in cakes, cookies and fudge.
February 15 is National Gum Drop Day so gnaw on a few and don’t forget to say – Goody, goody, gumdrops!
